Our journey doing business as a record label, music production and publishing company began in 2023, but our vision was 25+ years in the making. Founder and label head Austin “augie stacks.” Fehrenbach has been writing, recording and producing music since the age of no less than seven, and was always bound to establish a community of creatives doing what soulstace records is doing today.

the name “soulstace” derives from augie’s self-described sonic aesthetic — and “genre” of sorts — “stack | soul”. A further dive into the etymology of “soulstace” reveals it to mean “rebirth of the soul”.
